Youth 1960 has evolved a well-tested philosophy and culture of teamwork on various projects. Youth 1960 has an extensive service potential, as such, we secure the best of skills in relation to the project at hand. From these, the Foundation would channel her energies and skill sets to adequately execute every project embarked on. It is in this light that the Foundation parades a very talented management and staff base.

The principal management staff that are assigned to oversee any project have a wide array of individual competence, skills, training and experience in different areas which when combined always results in the excellent and speedy execution of any project to the satisfaction of the clients. Youth 1960 is also open to admit the services of external consultants when the need arises, in a bid to ensure that the Foundation upholds her character of excellence in all projects.
